When I first started with the trainer, I was able to figure out food plans that fit with various cycles. I've saved them up, and pull the one out that I need. After the first couple of times, it all became pretty simple if you have the willpower to follow thru.
Then again, I can even consider a running plan. Does. Not. Compute. :)
