Yeeeeeeouch.
Ran a 9 mile course today. Which means at least 11 miles covered, between my warm-up/cool-down and traversing the distance between the lakes. Owowowow.
Okay, I didn't run all 9 miles. I ran 7. But I damn well did it.
Then I promptly went back to bed for 3 hours. After showering and chugging orange juice.
Phew. Tired. But happy.
