Please, please, please let this election go blue, let Obama and his family stay safe, and let this country get the fuck out of the bloody morass it's been in. Please.
I'm less worried about the actions of radicals than I am about Republican voting shenanigans. However, I'm less worried about those shenanigans than I am about Democrat voters assuming the election is a done deal. It's not only a dangerous attitude when we don't know how many votes are being undermined by chicanery, it also sends the message to late voters that they don't really need to bother and that's reckless on a national and local level.
So, let's all avoid the "election is over" comments until Wednesday the 5th.
