Very belated

But Happy Veterans Day.

Today, I remember my grandfathers, who both served in WWII. I remember my father, who served in Vietnam. I remember Robin Adair Curtis, who served in Vietnam.

And I continue to fervently hope for the safe return of all of our soldiers who are currently in the line of danger. "I don't support the war, but I support our troops" is getting to be a cliche, but it's still very true. Come home safely, y'all.

The bar below me (otherwise known as The Bar That Cannot Serve Whiskey or Any Other 40 Proof or Higher Booze) has played 3 Kelly Clarkson and 2 Killers tunes, all within an hour or so of each other - plus, it's the same playlist every night. I have finally given in and put in my iPod, because I cannot fucking deal.

So, I'm fucking around with the set list of ultimate doom - otherwise known as the set list if juliana ever has to front a cover band.
