If you ran Boston in 12 years, my kids would be old enough that I wouldn't even need to find a babysitter, to come cheer you on--in fact, old enough, they could cheer you on, too.
I so need to both eat right, and move more, it's not even funny. Still, tell Z I am rooting for him (and of course, and as always, for you).
