It's far from a comprehensive study, true. And they were careful to point out that it was only physical health, that location seemed to not have such an effect on mental health.
I just wish *all* communities were planned better. It kills me when I see an abandoned small-town downtown. Our settlements tend not to have a center, or are tending to lose them.
