I think I will remember karaoke in Nashville until the day I die, especially the entire bar bellowing along to "You Never Even Called Me By My Name" and the mildly baffled looks on the faces off alterjess and wildgreentide.

So. Much. Fun.

Still can't believe the bar ran out of Jack, though. I thought that was piped into every home in Nashville!

Continuing the music theme

I am VASTLY amused by the Italian pop mfnlaw sent me. I'm sure the lyrics are amazingly earnest, but I can't tell! Because I don't speak Italian! Instead, I can just listen to the emoting and whatnot and giggle helplessly. But! I can also impress the adorable Italian boys in my neighborhood by correctly identifying the music they're playing. So it's a win-win. (Darling sorella mfnlaw, I am not trying to mock your music. Honest. I do love it. It just makes me giggle, as does my neighborhood most of the time.)

Certain of them are also very easy on the eyes. (Okay, how much do I love that hamster eating the wee mic picture that came up on the Google search? SO MUCH.) But. Nek-the-Italian-singer? Quite dishy.


Now I shall contemplate how sexy I find Shooter Jenning's voice. Yum.
