Freedom from my student loans.

Freedom from Z's student loans.

4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?

Yup. Open Arms of MN (food delivery service for AIDS patients), Planned Parenthood, NARAL, the ACLU.

5. Do you invest any? If so, how?

Yup. Bonds, baby, bonds. Federal, though. No municipals. Baaaaad idea. Also, I'd toss a chunk into a high-yield money market account.
