But I'm too damn tired to create actual content, so here's a set of questions that I never got around to answering.
1. What is your earliest memory?
Getting mad at my friend because she wouldn't (couldn't) read "Winnie The Pooh" to me after I had read to her. I was 3.
2. If you had 3 wishes, what would your 3rd wish be?
No negative consequences from the first two wishes. I know my stories. Be careful what you wish for....
3. If you had to be blind or deaf, which would you choose and why?
Deaf. I've been fighting to improve my sight for too long to give it up now.
4. Have you ever been dared to do something where the risk exceeded the reward (i.e. jump off a building for a penny)?
Probably, but I clearly didn't think it worth remembering.
5. If you were forced to live the rest of your existence in a fictional world from a movie, book, or TV show - which ones would you select?
Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Or Discworld. Something where the universe has a sense of humor about its existence.
6. What is your favourite vegetable?
Tough one. I like most of them. I'll go with artichoke, for today.
7. In how many different languages do you know the meaning of at least one word?
Hello - 5 languages. Very useful.
8. Have you ever cheated death?
Yup. Massive single-car accident when I was 16. Rolled my Mustang 2 & 1/2 times, skidded for a while, had to climb out through the shattered passenger window, almost had the steel-bodied car fall on top of me. Good times, good times.
9. What was the most important decision you’ve ever had to make?
I've died a thousand deaths making quite a few decisions. I guess the "Chicago or Minneapolis" option in 1999 has probably had the most effect on me.
10. Which sports team do you support the most, and why?
Me.
The U.S. Olympic team.
Seriously, I've got too much else going on to get invested in sports. I always have been and always will be a Packer fan, I love the Buffalo Sabers, I really like watching basketball, but I prefer watching sports live. If I'm watching it on the television, I'd more often rather be doing something else.
That said, I'm a rabid Olympics fan. I'll never be able to see any Olympics event live, so I'll watch that.
11. Cellphones - evil or good?
Cellphones themselves are not evil, it's the asshats who insist on using them everywhere and loudly.
12. What is your favourite song at the moment?
"This Love" by Maroon 5. I love the singer's voice. I just wish I had never seen what he looks like.
