Jul. 20th, 2004 08:26 am1. Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says:
(3) gang *viā¦Scot*
(It's a dictionary)
2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?
A pile of papers that I need to classify and file.
3. What is the last thing you watched on TV?
I haven't watched actual TV in a dog's age. The last thing I remember watching a bit of was a cheesy-a** Lifetime drama starring the mom from "Married With Children" and the dad from "Beverly Hills 90210". Ah, the glamorous acting life.
4. WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what time it is:
8:15
5. Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?
8:12
6. With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
The office A/C and the copier.
7. When did you last step outside? What were you doing?
Walking from my bus to the office.
8. Before you came to this web site, what did you look at?
On the web? b.org
9. What are you wearing?
Black tank, grey skirt, TWO black jackets because it's effin' freezing in my office....
10. Did you dream last night?
I think so.
11. When did you last laugh?
This morning. However, the last time I was hysterical with laughter was last night. Bob Malos is a frickin' genius.
12. What is on the walls of the room you are in?
I would be in a cube right now. So, there's a department phone list, my Alaska magazine calendar, a couple Get Fuzzy comics, the Tribe picture, a picture of my mom and my dog romping on the tundra, and my marathon number & medal.
13. Seen anything weird lately?
Um, yeah.
14. What is the last film you saw?
"Moulin Rouge". We'll not discuss the last one I saw in a theater.
16. If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?
A theater. Of course.
17. Tell me something about you that I don't know.
Um, I was a cheerleader in high school?
18. If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?
Remove the short-sighted and callous ignorance that seems to afflict our species.
19. Do you like to dance?
Love. It.
20. George Bush?
So much more dangerous that I could have imagined 4 years ago.
21a. Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?
We're still imagining, right? This is not a binding contract? I'm still not sure. I tend to favor Greek names, like Alexis or Athena.
21b. Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?
Still on the imagining tip - Robin or Robert or Alexander.
22. Would you ever consider living abroad?
Consider is too weak of a word. Desperately want to is more like it.....
